How we use and store information

  • We use trusted systems such as Arbor (for pupil records and communication) and Medical Tracker (for health information)
  • We may use digital and AI systems, but no decisions are made solely by automated systems

Who we share information with

We only share information when necessary and lawful, including with:

  • The Department for Education (DfE)
  • The local authority
  • Other schools (when pupils move)
  • Ofsted and regulators
  • Health and support services
  • Approved service providers

Some data is shared with the National Pupil Database (NPD) for research and education planning.
